Returns and Exchanges

 

At miduny, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and are committed to providing thoughtfully-designed and meticulously-crafted products for our customers to enjoy.  Please note that all products are hand finished and, as a result, each piece is unique. Also note that we work with materials, such as solid wood, wood veneer and furniture grade plywood, whose appearance can vary in color, grain pattern and over-all look and texture, from one specimen to another. We believe that, among other things, this uniqueness makes our products special.  

 

TIMELINE

Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our premises. Once the item is delivered, please inspect your purchase immediately. Should there be any problem with your order, please contact us at info@miduny.com within seven (7) days of receipt using “Return” or “Exchange” in the email header. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days from the purchase.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

We take great care to pack our products for safe shipping and the packaging design is an integral part of our concept, so please make sure to keep the original packaging. The item and packaging must be in brand new, resellable condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

For items that have not purchased directly from our website, please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please note that while there is no restocking fee, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping charges, by an approved shipping method.

Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Orders may be changed or cancelled with approval, prior to shipment.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special orders. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
